This month, we profile Jessica Simpson a Tlicho First Nations from Wha Ti, NT, who grew up in Somba Ke (Yellowknife), Denendeh. She is a young indigenous leader with a diverse array of interests and accomplishments.
Four dynamic northern young leaders were selected to participate in the Circumpolar Young Leaders Program for 2007/08. Current interns are working in Norway, Finland and Canada. This unique program works with emerging leaders to help them build their networks with current Arctic leaders, experts, institutions and their peers. To view intern bios click here.
